BVM SEC. 39 PAID TRIBUTE TO BAL GANGADHAR TILAK AND CHANDRA SHEKHAR AZAD ON THEIR BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

With great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor, BVM Sec. 39, School commemorated the birth anniversary of two great freedom fighters,Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Shaheed Chandra Shekhar Azad.

The day began with students of Classes I and II participating in a Fancy Dress Activity, where they dressed up as Chandra Shekhar Azad and other freedom fighters. This was followed by Class III students presenting a Poetry Recitation dedicated to Shaheed Chandra Shekhar Azad. Students of Classes IV and V showcased their creativity through a Quote Writing Competition, while Classes VI and VII took part in a Quiz based on the lives and contributions of the great martyrs. 

A thought-provoking Speech on Bal Gangadhar Tilak was delivered by Manasvini of Class VIII, and another inspiring Speech on Chandra Shekhar Azad was presented by a student of Class XI. The program also included an address by Ms. Rinki, PGT Sociology, who highlighted the legacy and sacrifices of the freedom fighters.

Principal, Upasna Modgil asserted, "Bal Gangadhar Tilak ji and Chandra Shekhar Azad ji were symbols of courage, self-respect, and unwavering love for the motherland. Their slogan 'Swaraj is my birthright' and their supreme sacrifices continue to inspire every Indian. At BVM Sector 39, we are committed to fostering such values in our students so that they grow up to be responsible and patriotic citizens. Let us all pledge to uphold their ideals in our daily lives."

The program concluded with a pledge to uphold the values of freedom, unity, and integrity.
